North Ferrisburgh resident arraigned on sexual assault charges in Addison County
Spencer L. Bates of North Ferrisburgh has been arraigned on felony sexual assault charges following an investigation by Middlebury Police Department. He pleaded not guilty and was released under strict conditions set by the court.
