The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Vermont announced on Mar. 31 that the Rutland Chapter 12 and Chapter 13 hearing originally scheduled for May 8 has been rescheduled to May 15 in the afternoon at 2:00 and 2:30.

This change affects individuals or parties involved in bankruptcy proceedings under Chapters 12 and 13 who were expecting their hearings on the earlier date.

The court said that both hearings will now take place in the afternoon, with specific times set at two o’clock and two-thirty. No reason was provided for the change of schedule.
